Blog EntryOne year and 24,000+ images later...Dec 25, '07 8:41 PM
for everyone
It's been a year since I bought my very own digital slr. Getting into photography has probably made the biggest impact on my life. I've been and went to places I never would have gone to if I didn't have a dslr. Amid shooting in torrential downpour, crashing waves, freezing temperatures, searing heat and whatnot, the K10D is still alive.

I can honestly say that I've grown alot as a person and as a photographer. I see things in a totally different way and better appreciate my surroundings and the beauty of all things in it. And above all fields, I discovered that landscape photography is what I enjoy most.

I made alot of great friends and regrettably lost a few along the way. I learned new things and I sacrificed some all for the sake of photography. I would never have imagined the year to end the way it is ending right now.

All things aside, I would like to thank my family and friends for giving and making this one of the best years I've had. To all of you guys, you know who you are. It is a joy and privilege to be in the company of people who I admire and inspire me to do better everytime. Here's to 24,000+ images later and to a new year of thousands more...

The first time I met and observed you during the EB after which created Eon, you really mean business about photography. What you have is not just passion.; more importantly, its the commitment, the devotion to place everything in perspective just before the shot is taken. Being an Archi-grad did not stop there. It was the start then moved on to photography. You've got the fourth eye. You're lucky! Only a few have them.

congrats bro and may we have more shoots to come. you're one of my favorite photographers and its good to have gone out on some of those travels with you.

sana ma recover mo yung mga "lost friends" este yung mga cavinti photos na na-delete mo accidentally hehehe.

Thank you Sir Jay (oh ayan ha may Sir na ulit! Hahaha!). You've obviously made me change alot on how I view photography (now I know who Ansel Adams and Art Wolfe is! :S). It's truly an honor to know you and everyone at the group.

Goodluck on your stay there up north. See you and everyone else soon! :D

P.S. Machizmax ka talaga haha! Wala, 0% recovery on the Cavinti photos. :(

Haha nagkasakit ata ako sa Resiklo! Allergic ata talaga ako sa horrible pinoy movies lol! Kailangan na talaga hanapin si Doc sa paraiso! :D
