Hey Ramir. Yep, I was at the edge of the "island" in between the roads.
The blue sky depends more on the illumination that night. The brighter the moon especially with a full moon phase and after the twilight hours where there is no more residual daylight, the sky turns electric blue in long exposures with the right whitebalance.
